Terms and Conditions

  1. Guest Registration and Identification
    • Check-in Requirements: Upon check-in, all guests must present valid, government-issued photo identification.
    • Indian Nationals: Passport, Aadhar Card, Voter ID, or Driver’s License.
    • Foreign Nationals: Passport with a valid visa.
    • Age Requirement: The primary guest must be at least 21 years old. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
    • Visitor Policy: Visitors are allowed between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. They must check in at the reception with valid identification.
  2. Check-in and Check-out
    • Check-in Time: 12:00 PM
    • Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
    • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.
  3. Payments and Cancellations
    • Payments: All bookings must be secured with a valid debit/credit card or deposit.
    • Cancellation Policy:
      • Flexible: 7+ days before arrival – full refund.
      • Partial Refund: 5-7 days before arrival – 50% charge.
      • Non-Refundable: Less than 5 days before arrival – full charge.
    • No-Show Policy: Full booking amount will be charged for no-shows.
  4. Rules and Conduct
    • Quiet Hours: 10:30 PM – 8:00 AM.
    • No Outside Food, Alcohol, Drugs, or Weapons:
      • No outside food and beverages.
      • Illegal drugs and activities are strictly prohibited.
      • Weapons possession will result in immediate eviction.
    • No Smoking Policy: Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
    • Visitor Conduct: Registered guests are responsible for their visitors.
  5. Special Events and Venues
    • Weddings, Corporate Events, and Celebrations: Custom event packages are available.
    • Photography and Media Use: Photos taken in public areas may be used for promotional purposes.
  6. Health, Safety, and Security
    • Health and Hygiene: High standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
    • Safety and Security: CCTV monitoring is present in public areas.
    • Liability: The resort is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or losses.
    • Medical Assistance: Basic first aid is available.
  7. Guest Responsibility and Resort Liability
    • Damage to Property: Guests will be charged for any damage caused to property.
    • Personal Liability: Guests use resort facilities at their own risk.
  8. Cancellation and Resort Rights
    • Resort’s Right to Cancel: The resort reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
    • Refund Policy: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  9. Force Majeure
    • The resort is not responsible for cancellations due to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
  10. Jurisdiction
    • These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes resolved in Bangalore, Karnataka.
  11. Additional Provisions
    • Children’s Policy: Children under 5 stay free. Discounted rates for 5-12 years old.
    • Alcohol Policy: Guests must be 21+ to purchase alcohol.
    • Termination of Stay: The resort reserves the right to terminate a guest’s stay for non-compliance.
    • Above 12 years full charges
